Persian Medallion Washable Rug

This rug looks like a beautiful pink and peach/orange color. I had bought for my daughters dorm and to my fault did not open package for space purposes while driving over 700 miles until we were done decorating her dorm and ready for the last step in rolling out the rug. While the quality of the rug seems ok the color is more of a burgundy, gray and light orange mixture. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture. I am not even able to get a hold of anyone to speak with about returning. Dormifys customer service is non existent. I’ve emailed and sent texts to the number provided only to get the run around referring to the 30 day return policy which at this point is over 30 days. I would love a refund but would be ok with a credit as well but can not even get a proper response. Pretty disappointing for my daughter and her roommate who put so much time into thought for their freshman dorm room. I only gave 2 stars because the quality seems ok.
